🎯 Part-Time Role (Initial Phase)
Key Responsibilities:
Seek permission from school heads and visit schools to conduct NEET Awareness Programs
Plan and conduct awareness sessions for students
Collect student data and build a strong lead base
Follow up with students and parents through calls
Convert leads into enrolments for MEGUN courses
💰 Part-Time Compensation:
Fixed monthly payment (based on working hours)
Additional performance-based incentives on enrolments

Candidates who successfully achieve enrolment targets will be considered for a Full-Time Admin Manager position (subject to availability of vacancy).
🎓 Education:• Master's Degree OR Graduate in any field (Education, Social Work, Marketing preferred).
