Physics & Chemistry Faculty	Admissions Coordinator (Female Only) - 3 Months Contractual Post & To Be Extended Further On Successful Completion of Contract Period

Role Overview: Looking for passionate and dedicated Physics and Chemistry Teachers to deliver clear, concept-based teaching to NEET aspirants.	Role Overview: Looking for a smart, confident, and approachable female professional to counsel students, explain courses, and convert inquiries into admissions.
Key Responsibilities: • Plan and deliver engaging classes. • Simplify complex concepts. • Prepare tests & assignments . • Track student progress. • Provide doubt-clearing and mentoring. • Coordinate with the academic team. • Maintain discipline and motivation.	Key Responsibilities: • Counsel students and parents. Plan and conduct awareness sessions for students in different schools. • Visit local schools and tuition centres to present about MEGUN. Willingness to travel locally in the state and build strong outreach. Coordinate seminars, workshops, and fees discount drives. • Follow up regularly and maintain records. Coordinate with the academic and marketing teams. Represent MEGUN at seminars and events. Prepare test questions for students on a regular basis.
Education: • M.Sc. in Physics or Chemistry. • Preference for B.Ed. or coaching experience.	Education: • Graduate in any field (Education, Social Work, Marketing preferred). • Master’s Degree holders need not apply.
Skills: • Strong subject knowledge. • Ability to explain in simple English and local languages. • Good communication and classroom management.	Skills: • Excellent spoken English and local language. • Confident communication. Public speaking and event coordination skills. • Basic computer knowledge.
Experience: • 1–2 years preferred. • Freshers with strong subject expertise welcome. • Previous NEET/JEE coaching experience is a plus.	Experience: • Freshers welcome. • Prior experience in counselling, customer service, or sales is a bonus.
Salary: Competitive	Salary: ₹7,000 per month + incentives (during 3 months contractual period); Upto ₹10,000/- OR ₹12,000/- (after successful completion of contract period).
